Some people who abuse DXM have reported experiencing different combinations of effects when they consume different amounts of DXM. Of course, the effects can vary depending on the individual. Effects range from dizziness, confusion, an increased heartbeat, impaired physical coordination, closed-eye hallucinations, dissociative sensations and nausea and vomiting on the earlier plateaus to a loss of motor control, distortions of colors and sound and other unpleasant dissociative effects on the higher plateaus.
